"Just Outstanting Service, Everytime"
Toyota expertly replaced my 7 year old Tacoma truck rear leaf springs under a company recall action. The Puyallup dealership first conducted a thorough spring inspection of my truck and determined the leaf springs needed to be replaced. The company covered the entire $1500 cost of the repair and had the truck ready to drive within 2-3 hours of completing the inspection. They also provided a courtesy wash and vacuum, and complimentary vehicle inspection as part of the service. Toyota Corporation and the Puyallup Dealership are just the best! The customer service representatives and maintenance team are top notch from management to mechanics and courtesy van drivers. Their "customer first" policies are more than slogans. The Toyota team creates a trusted , customer friendly environment with unbeatable results. They never disappoint, are consistently forthright and honest, and deliver exceptional service quality at every service visit. Thanks
