Spoke with Paul's wife. She said she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience because when her vehicle was returned to her, the radio station was changed and the seat and heater were adjusted. She was really irritated by that, she felt her privacy was not respected and even called the manager who never returned her phone call. Also, the lady at the cashiers desk was very grouchy. The receipt showed they put more air in the tires than is recommended for them and instead of checking on it the cashier assumed they did it correctly. Her vehicle was ready an hour later than promised and she was not given a reason for the delay. She was not satisfied with the quality of service work performed on her vehicle and would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned. Normally she would have recommended this business but not after the service she received from them on a Saturday. This business could serve her better by correcting the issues and improving the service of their cashier. She was disappointed that the manager did not return her phone call.
