The Genuine care and concern for customer satisfaction from the finance dept, and what I'm told the Owner of Toyota of Puyallup is what has me coming back.
There was a issue, it was addressed and corrected almost as soon as it got to the top. I have since made a blog on my FB about it, I have told every Coastie on the base what the challenge was for our service, how it was addressed and how simple it made everything after the fix.
I worked for Phil Bivens @ Puyallup Chrysler Plymouth before I joined the CG. "Same Family as Toyota" I have no doubt that I would be proud to work for that family again if I EVER got back into sales. (Which I prob wouldn't). :)
