It took 3 hour 40 min, but they didn't reset maintenace notice. It took too much time and poor service.

Service manager contacted customer to apologize for delay. Advised customer that delay was caused by miscommunication between staff and will not happen again. Alerted technician of mistake with forgetting to reset maintenance light.
