"Seriously Need Guidance and Direction"
When I drive up to the dealership and entered the service department I wasn't greeted and ended up waiting in the oil change line only to have to wait in another line for service. Since when do you enter a device department and the three folks behind the counter cannot help you and make you wait on one service guy who has a line going out the door. In my opinion all employees working behind the counter should be able to check you into either a service appointment or oil change, there shouldn't be numerous em
