Catherine said she will be in the market for a new vehicle in a year or 2, but does not have a make or model in mind. She was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience, because even though the car wash is free, they could have done a better job. She chose not to elaborate. Catherine was not pleased with the communication of the appointment setter. She cancelled an appointment for a 75,000 mile check-up because of the snow storm, and then called to reschedule following the storm. When she arrived for her service, she discovered the appointment setter had only scheduled her for an oil change, but her service advisor made everything right. She suggested this business could serve her better by giving more than one key when you purchase a vehicle, because a second key costs $315.
