"Service Dept. Can't Get It Right"
I question if the "free" service included in the purchase of a new Toyota is worth the inconveniences that come attached. The service department has never gotten it right. They'll forget to plug the airbag back in, cause damage while doing work and hope you don't notice, correct their mistakes with short cut, lowest bidder, remedies, claim to do service and hope you don't notice they didn't (ex: rotate tires). I will use up my last "free" oil change and then get as far from these "experts" as I can. They're nice people, but they don't have any attention to detail on the technical side.
