"Service Dept. needs more training."
The service person insured me that I would get a call when my vehicle was finished. I work swing shift an needed my vehicle to go to work by 2:30 pm. At 1:30 pm, I called to see if I needed to make alternative plans. After finally getting someone in the service dept., I was informed that the vehicle had been ready for some time. After arriving to the service dept., it took a good 2 minutes for me to even be acknowledged, I was the only customer in there, Needless to say I was disappointed with this visit. If this is the way the service dept. is treating customers now, I might have to look elsewhere in the future.
