"Service good, check-in not so much."
The repair work was good and the price was right. I get frustrated when initially checking in for service, however. There are 6 "check-in" stations but typically only a couple are being used. Meanwhile, people appear to be doing computer work or talking on the telephone at the remaining stations, giving in the clear impression that whatever they're working on is more important than waiting on customers. Their computer work should be done out of sight.
