My son and daughter recently purchased Toyotas from Doxon in Auburn and while they were happy with their cars, their dealership and experience...we found that each time we went there, while awaiting the new car delivery date, the sales people were not knowledgeable at all about the Highlander, and multiple questions went unanswered.
We decided that we wanted to have a salesperson who knew the car, could tell us about the possible options and explain them to us...so that we could make an informed decision...not just complete a sale for a salespersons quota.
