Thank you for the response. I'm sorry you left feeling upset about the recent service. I think the best thing to do is physically inspect the brakes with a techician while your vehicle is in the shop. We offered to do that last visit but apparently it was not done. Often times thats the best way to feel good about the recommendations we're giving you. Feel free to contact me to set that appointment up. There will be no charge to do it!
