"cookies & bottled water"
It is illogical and unethical to demand/charge a customer a "diagnosis fee" when the customer clearly identified the problem, such as the knob to release the rear seat has broken off. Toyota service staff said they can only guarantee the work if they charge the diagnosis fee. Clearly a racket.
