"High Pressure Selling of Maintenance Work"
Been a customer @ your firm for over eight years. It appears your maintenance rep must have a goal (dollar wise) she must meet before she lets her customer go. I had reservations about the last service she sold me.(After refusing two priors) A replacement of a head lamp that was working just the night before. (Over $200) Makes me wonder because she did not offer to show me the burnt out bulb. Also I am not sure whether the recall work was performed plus my regular maintenance, since my invoice did not show any indication that was done. I would not recommend your service to any friend at this time.
