"Dealing with a mistake"
I'm not sure who had the wrong date, it could have been me or it could have been Toyota of Puyallup but when I showed up for a recall appointment on the date I thought was right, the service desk said there was no record of my appointment. I was expecting to be turned away and re-schedule. that was not the case at all. They got my truck in for its recall issue right away and I was out in within the predicted time for the repair. that is the sign of good customer service when things get messed up. Thanks
