"5K mile maintenance for 2008 Highlander"
The service was good as usual, but when I stopped at Costco on the way home my auto open on the rear door did not work and it was fine before I took it in for service. I took another hour out of my day to go back to your dealer to find out what they did to my electronics here. They said right off that they did nothing with the rear door, but when the service rep checked in the glove box and reset the switch it was back to normal. I mentioned that they hit that by accident when they got into the glove box to take out the a/c filter to check for cleanliness. The other rep that did my oil service did not apologize and kind of disappeared. Your young reps need to do a better job of working with the customers to make sure they leave there as happy customers.
