"work started 8/26"
usually it is a wonderful experience not this time. I promised my car by 8/28 but didn't get it back until noon on 8/29. Being the start of the holiday weekend I had plans that I had to change and were interrupted. All I got from the service person was "have a good trip"!! I would recommend Toyota to friends but not this person.
