"Wait ...wait...oh YOUR car"
My husband took my Rav4 in for it's 6th recall and an oil change. When scheduling the appt I was told the time to finish the work would be approximately 2 and half hours. The appt was scheduled for 9:45 am on a Saturday. Needless to say we were upset when we called later to find out when the car would be ready (1pm) and we were told they hadn't started it yet.

Thank you so much for the feedback.  I apologize that we had a delay in getting started on your vehicle.  One thing we've emphasized for our Service Advisors is to keep customer's alerted of their vehicle status via periodic phone calls.  This would help eliminate this type of concern from reoccurring.  Please know we're working hard to continue to improve and get better and we appreciate your business.
