James said his service at this business was good. However, he does not like the way they treated his daughter, and son-n-law because they expressed problems they with a vehicle they purchased and the service manager replied that he did not care. James' son-in-law said he would never recommend this business and the service manager said again that he did not care. This business lied to them regarding their 30,000-mile warranty. When they purchased the vehicle it came with 58,000 miles, they noticed a rattle in the car and they complained about the rattle for a year. This business did not fix it, they ended up bringing the vehicle somewhere else and they found out that the timing belt needed to be replaced, and it stopped the rattle. Lastly James said he just leased a Rav4 about a month ago from this business that he almost did not purchase because of the problems that his kids faced with the service manager.
