Hello and thank you so much for the feedback. I'm quite sorry to hear about these facility concerns! Please know that we are literally days away from the completion of our remodel down in the Service Department. We'll have both sides of our service drive back up and working, freeing up parking and lot space. Our waiting area has been significantly upgraded, including more space, better WiFi, and better ammenties. Changing tables will be installed soon in both restrooms as well. In fact, we will shortly have a newly revamped "Kid Zone" with iPads and activities for the kids while you wait as well.
