First time buyer! Very supportive team!
This was my first time buying a brand-new car. I knew what I wanted; the dealership was very cooperative and attentive to my requests. All other dealerships that I had shopped at were sub-par compared to Toyota of Temecula. I did not feel pressured or haggled at T of T and appreciated the patience shown by the salesmen. I was extremely pleased with Toyotas recent college graduate perks. I was able to get tier 1 financing AND $750 towards my down payment. With a few hiccups after buying my car (delayed delivery of spare key & appointment confusion) I 100% believe that I made the best choice and picked the BEST dealership. They even buffed out some scratches that magically appeared after 2weeks of owning the scion xb AND filled my tank up for me! The customer service here is excellent. Jonathan Pierce was the salesman who took care of me:) Thanks Toyota & J.Pierce
