Noise Resolved
Cabin noise had been steadily getting louder in my Camry for weeks. New tires did not resolve the issue. After some research on the internet, I began to suspect one or more wheel bearings were worn out. The noise seemed to be coming from the rear passenger corner of the car, but I did not tell the service rep this information. I took the car into this dealership and asked them to review the noise and verify the wheel bearings were in good shape. Shortly after dropping off my car, I received a phone call confirming that right rear passenger wheel bearing was shot. This reassured me that the mechanic had not only checked the wheel bearing but correctly isolated the location of the noise. The only reason I would not rate this experience as a 5 is because the replacement bear took several days to arrive and when I dropped off the car with a service appointment they kept my car the entire day for service that should have only taken <2 hours and upon picking up the care I discovered only part of the work I agreed to be done was completed. The manager resolved the issue to my satisfaction, but this indicates a lack of detail on behalf of the staff. I would recommend this dealership but suggest to other customers to stay on top of the specific service you are having done.
