The day of the appointment the shuttle from Toyota took me and my 3 kids back home so I wouldn't have to manage entertaining 3 small ones in the waiting room for several hours. Then they picked me and the kids up from my home and took us back to the dealership to get my now washed (for free) and tuned up car. From the service personnel, to the shuttle scheduler, to the drivers to the cashier; everyone was extremely kind and professional. I will return as long as I reside in Temecula.
