Verified Customerhello isis and thanks for your review, if i recall the day you were here, you elected to stay for the repairs that normally require the vehicle to be droped off, we had to remove your instument cluster then take it to brooklyn park have it rebuilt whil;e we waited for it bting it back and install it, it wasnt a 20 minute repair and you were aware that it may take a while. sorry if you felt that we took our time but it was acually the process that took the longest and we are sorry if you were misinformed by the car lot that sent you here, thasks and have a wonderful 2016. nick
