After this last experience, where work was done that I hadn't authorized, I remembered that the same thing happened to my wife years ago. On top of that, in the past when I mentioned to friends I had service done at Triangle, two said they had unauthorized work done. I've been a long-time customer, but you're not the only repair shop in town. I'll probably go elsewhere, not sure.
