Alexa said she understands that they were busy when she bought the vehicle in, she had to leave the vehicle overnight, she arrived at 5:53 pm and was told that they had closed, she was able to get her vehicle but that it was a little frustrating. She thinks they are doing a great job and that the owner Brian is great.
