they are friendly.
overall its fine,but in my recent visit i ended up to change the batter(my car year built is 2011),and they told me the warranty is just for 2 years!!which i think it should be much more. anyway i paid for changing the battery which i strongly believe the dealer should not charge me for battery because i think the battery has had a problem at first place.
