Alright service
I showed up for my 7:30 appt. only to find out they did not have the filter for my Kia in stock. I was surprised that they did not ask my make and model when booking the appt. they were able to get the filter after a hour but I ended up wasting most of the morning.

Thank you Michael for your response. We fummbled the ball but picked it up and ran hard for you. We stock 98% plus oil filters and rely on our venders to update us on new numbers. If we are out we can have a filter in 5 minutes. 3 of my venders did'nt have your oil filter for some reason. I had it sent via courier and I think had it in an hour. We also updated our vender and your filter is now on our shelf. We are sorry and hope you give us another try. We employ great people, Master Certified Tech's and aim to please. We learned from this one. Thanks for helping us out. Larry
