Hope you'll give us chance to prove our service. Your rotation wasn't done due to tread wear (front 7/32 rear 8/32) , it was maybe due by mileage but we make a judgement call on what's best for the tire wear. I thought we talked to you about this sorry if didn't consult you. We can rotate if you would like no waiting as so as a hoist is open we will have you out in 15 minutes.
Secondly, I have purchased my tires here and was told that the tires didn't need it.
