Excellent Customer Service

I took my 2007 Mountaineer in unscheduled on a Thursday morning as a problem occurred while driving. At first they said they wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday but not to drive it. After I asked then what do you suggest, one of their guys walked out with me and looked under the hood and quickly assessed the problem. They gave me a loaner car and I went on to work. The problem was fixed by the following afternoon however when I picked up the car they told me that I would continue to hear the thumping sound from the front tire.?. I left a little confused as to why it was "fixed" but I would still hear the sound. The following Monday Steve called me to check in on my car. He asked me to bring it back in so they could fix the sound and make sure I was completely satisfied. He said he wasn't happy with how the exchange went and that he wanted me to be fully satisfied with the result. I am scheduled to take the car back next week and Ulmer's will make any necessary repairs to fix the problem. I really appreciated the unsolicited follow-up call from Steve.
