Always amazing
I’ve been coming to Ultimate for about 4 years now and it’s always an amazing visit. From Carol to the desk folks to the mechanics behind the scene, everyone is friendly and genuine. I’ve never been asked or recommended to purchase additional services. If they notice something, they bring it to your attention for a future visit - unless it’s a critical fix. It’s refreshing to know that their goal is to provide great service and not upsell unnecessary services. Pricing is always fair and service is always quick. I leave happy. I will continue to use Ultimate for the above reasons. And no, I was paid to leave this review…lol. As always, thanks guys (and Carol).
