Thorough, accurate & reasonable!
Took my 335i to Rick Hendrick for what I thought would be “warranty” work. This particular repair was not covered but I had my doubts about their diagnosis and cost estimates...went to Ultimate and asked them to check it out. Hendrick was completely off the mark as I feared...Matt and Charles found the real problem and told me exactly what it would take to fix it. I can always count on them to give me honest estimates and reliable repairs. I have always taken my non-warranty work to them and never had a bad experience. Anything that might not have been fixed properly the first time was made right immediately with no questions asked. If you own a bmw, this is the place to take all your maintenance and repair needs!
