Excellence - routine at AutoWerks
My X5 starts were a bit erradict. Called UAW and got scheduled promptly & conviently. Ease of dropping off the evening before, with diagnostic & remedy performed same day as scheduled. I was unable to come back out that day - no problem. UAW secured my X5 and readied it for me to pick up the following day. I've serviced my BMWs here for several years now. Easy to recommend to anyone seeking friendly considerate customer service, knowledgeable service techs, fair pricing, honest treatment...bottom line, Ultimate Autowerks is the #1 BMW service center in the greater Charleston area.
