"Service on my silver bullet"
I did not have an appointment when I drive in to the service lane. I was greeted by an attendant immediately and was introduced to the service writer. I explained that I had received 2 notices of warrant service but I was going out of town that week. I did need an oil change. I was told that no problem, he would see that warranty and oil would be taken care of. I was surprised when he returned and told me it was complete. Best service experience Ice had. Thanks!

Really good experience getting in and out. First time here brought my car in for first oil change 2k miles too soon. Rather than just letting me do the service, Ian G let me know that I still had time for my oil change.

"A Job Well Done"
I had a minor accident and needed a tire, rim and arm replaced. The dealership worked with my insurance company to get the assessment done and coordinated with safelite to get the windshield replaced. I did have a little difficulty getting someone on the phone for status updates. But, in the end, I was very pleased with the completed work.
