I brought my car in for service and had the pleasure of working with Derek McKay, who was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to some of the questions I had. I used their Passport Vehicle Pick-up service and the car was ready when I arrived. University Audi has always been top notch, even when I purchased the vehicle.
