I walked out of my home one morning to see a badly damaged tire wall - I called VW, they said to just bring it on over, and without an appointment, I was still in the door and checked in within minutes of arriving. The staff looked up my tire protection plan for me and made sure the repairs were properly covered. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and in a friendly manner even though I was a walk-in.
