Not our best visit
No call when car was ready.
Oil change much more than expected.
They had to fix something from previous visit that was left "unplugged".

Hello, 
   Thank you for your feedback on your last visit to us, I am going to look at why there was not a contact made with you after your Santa Fe was complete. 

    The price for the fully synthetic oil change price quoted prior to it being completed and an alternative was given to do a conventional oil change at a lesses price, Please let me know if this was not how it was presented to you at the time of service. 
    I have found out that the lighter rear plug had to be put back in place and we do apologize for that inconvenience. 
Please let myself or any of the service staff know if there are any questions about the work that was performed. 
   Feel free to contact me if there is anything on that visit you would like to go over. 
 I would like to thank you for your feedback , as this is the best way for us to make improvments at our dealership to make your experiance a better one.
