My Sonata had to go in for major engine work after being caught in a flood. The staff at Voss were very courteous and helpful and the job seems to be done right (I've only had it back one day). After the insurance work was done, they had some recall work to do and offered me a loaner as I had been without my car for over a week. It took a little longer than expected to get the parts for the recall work, but overall it was as good an experience as could be expected under the circumstances.
