Oil change
Second oil change and wasn't quite as impressed as the first time. Last time I was told to have my tires rotated on next visit. So when I go in this time no one suggested to have the tires rotated. I finally said something and was told yeah it would help with the wear. My car was also missing a rubber gasket on the door which I pointed out. When my work was done I was told the gasket was replaced free because the car is under warranty. I said well since it was probably missing since I got the car I would hope it would be replaced free. She said well honestly it was only a couple of dollars. Not the response that I would of given. Hopefully next visit will have someone who actually wants to help me and give me the right advice .
