Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We make changes based off of what our customers send to us in these reviews. I have looked over your work order and also talked with the advisor about your concerns. During the oil change service we also perform a multi-point inspection of your bakes and the underside of your car. The tech did not note anything on the brakes needing attention at this time. Is there a time that it seems to do it more often? like after sitting for a few hours or overnight? Or when the brakes are hot after a normal drive?
