Friendly, helpful & effective
This was my first time having my car serviced at Voss, having switched from my previous Hyundai dealership. I found the friendliness and attention of the service staff refreshing. The work was extensive and required about six hours to complete. Even though my service manager offered me a vehicle to use, I chose to stay because the waiting room was so comfortable. I completed several computer projects. The staff kept me informed of the repair progress all along the way.
