Fantastic Service Department
I recently had to take my 2008 Hyundai Accent with 96,500 miles on it in for a front wheel bearing replacement. This is the third time as I recall that I have had to use their service department for warranty work. About a year ago the other side front wheel bearing had to be replaced as well. The other time was a brake light switch and rear hatch latch was rusty and sticking. Not one time did I have even a hint of a problem getting the needed repairs done. They never tried to deny warranty work or make any excuses. They were always prompt with the repairs and very, I mean very pleasant to deal with. Almost made me feel like I owned a Rolls Royce for something. Would strongly recommend both Waikem and Hyundai to anyone in need of their product and/or service.
