Appreciated the work (follow-up) on continued brake issue with my car. Rick was more than fair (as in "over the top") with me. Will continue to have work on vehicles when needed.

"Close to home and friendly service."
Had my brakes on my Buick Rendevous fixed...had squeak or screech. Still has a screech after being fixed, but not as loud.

"Wayne's the place to go in Grand Rapids MN"
Wayne's has been honest with the timeline/time-frame of immediate fixes to fixes that can be put-off, but they also will always call first to confirm the customer wants the fix that day. In addition in my experience Wayne's fixes it right the first time, so at times you may a little more, but you will not be making multiple trips back to the shop for the same issue.

"Routine oil change"
I made an appointment to wait for this work and Rick and the tech. jumped right on it. Even then when the work was done they advised me that the front struts were starting leak some oil, (normal at this high mileage) and what amount of brake pad material remained. They always check the air filter as well. The shop is always stresses their people be thorough and they are. Also, the shop and write up crew are very friendly, even when they don't know me. A good chemistry of shop personnel is easy for me to see and reflects the owner's beliefs as well as his employees. Keep up the good work, you're all an asset to the image of Grand Rapids.

"Recheck of Subaroo"
Rick and technician Jim dropped everything and accommodated a concern I had regarding this car and followed up with help. The entire staff is to be commended for their professionalism. I know of many authorized auto repair franchises that would not measure up to Wayne's. Thank's again, B. H.
