Service Review
Not satisfied with the overall process of getting a loaner. Don't understand why the customer ha to provide credit card information for a loaner. Sounds more like a rental. After the service tech processes your car in then you have to go through another process to get the loaner. The agent that gave me the loaner talked so fast that I signed for extra protection unknowingly and ended up paying $46. I had to wait in the customer lounge after turning my car in for the loan (See Below) rep to come and get me. When customers come in they are more than likely headed to work or are taking time off to drop their car off. Less time is important to them. My experience with other dealers (I'll use Mercedes as an example) is much smoother for drop offs. The same person that processes you in does the paperwork for the loaner and then gets you in the loaner. Every time I come in I have to produce a credit card and a drivers license and listen to what options I have (See Below) with the loaner. Again it sounds more like a rental agreement than a loaner. Audi makes awesome cars no doubt but after the purchase the biggest complaint from customers is customer service. Customers just want to feel important after they buy a vehicle. I have no problem with the Service Department at all. I think they are great. It's just the process to drop off your vehicle and get a rental.

World Class Experience
We were visiting the area from Illinois when our car got a fuel leak. We were taken into the service area, the cost explained, then shown to the waiting room and all of the dealership as well. Our car was finished in a little over 1 hour and under the estimated price! I could not ask for better service or care. Truly a world class dealer.

Scott Lambert and the Audi was wonderful. He provided great customer service. I initially went to the Volkswagen service deptment and Jeane was not very welcoming. Her attitude was not very pleasant, but when I was finally directed to the correct service
Overall satisfied with Audi and the car I purchased.

Tire leak
I had my tire looked at previously and the slow leak could not be found by two different people. I was needing the car to go on a trip so I appreciated being able to pull into the VW dealer and get the problem resolved at my convenience after work. They fixed the leak and i was on my way !

It's all about the customer!
Chad and Andrew were polite, patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with! Kudos to both of these intelligent young men who know VW cars inside and out. Their recommendations and comments helped me make good decisions and provided peace of mind as I get my car ready for a very long trip up to Canada.
I appreciated being able to bring my 2010 Jetta turbodiesel wagon in without having to wait for an appointment. Service Express is a great idea!

Jeana was amazing!
What made my visit so enjoyable wasn't the spotless garage or the extremely pleasant greeting I received upon my arrival, it was Jeana's honesty, knowledge and helpfulness. Jeana was quick to call me back with a diagnostic, honest with the charges and with he steps to take for my car. She is a wonderful person and a definite asset to the company; I would definitely recommend this garage to my friends and family alike!
