Warranty repair
Good same day warranty repair service, however, less than 48 hours later, the tire alert light and check engine light came on--and my car hasn't even reached the point of the first scheduled service

perfect service
My experience was really perfect. I stayed in the lounge until the service was done and had internet access as well as beverages and coffee. My Q7 was clean and good to go after 90 minutes.

Consistent Service
I brought two cars on consecutive days for state inspections. All went well. The identified items for repair were well explained and completed on the timeline discussed. Stanley is a great associate to work with each time I have been through the VW service bays.

Above and Beyond
I just want to say thanks to West Broad VW and VW of America. My TDI Jetta stalled out and would not start. It appears that I got some bad diesel fuel somewhere and it destroyed the entire fuel system. I have a 2010 that is out of the factory warranty, but had an extended warranty.
I had my car towed to West Broad VW on a Saturday night. Stanley called me Monday and said they would get right on it. Later that afternoon he called to say it looked like a fuel issue. The next day it was confirmed as a fuel issue. There were metal flakes/shavings throughout the entire fuel system. Stanley called VW of America and reported the problem. VW of America said they would cover the entire thing. The whole fuel system, thousands of dollars in parts and labor. West Broad even gave me a 2013 Passat as a loaner for a few days, for free.
West Broad didn't have to give me a free loaner, they didn't have to call VW of America, but they did. I have always had superior service from West Broad VW and VW (in multiple states). West Broad even managed to fix my car in 3.5 days.
Everyone at West Broad is great. They have been doing my stuff since I moved here 18 months ago.

Friendly service
Very courteous, efficient, and helpful experience.
My only wish is that a quick check of air in tires would have been included. We were advised for alignment/rotation in December, but then warning light came on the next day.
