Unresolved problem
I've had my car in the VW service multiple times for the same issue and it has yet to be resolved. There is a leak somewhere in my car which is noticeable by the continued condensation on the inside of the car and the smell and it never gets fixed. I'm pleased with the setting up of the appointment and pick up of my car with Stanley but I'm unhappy that I still have the same problem.

Best Audi Service in SoVA!
We bring our 2010 Audi S4 up to Richmond from Norfolk because we feel that they offer the best service in the area. If you live anywhere in the Hampton Roads area and you own an Audi, please consider taking it up to Richmond--Checkered Flag in Virginia Beach is not trustworthy. If you love your Audi as much as we love our Audi, do yourself a favor and take it up to Richmond--West Broad is trustworthy, communicates with owners during and after service, and does a GREAT job! West Broad is worth the trip!!

Quick and Easy
I had told my boss that I would be late to work that day. Since I was out of the dealership in less than 25 minutes, I was able to make it to work practically on time. My boss saw me in the hallway and said, "I thought you were going to be late?"

great service
Stanley was very good at communication and making sure my car was repaired as promised. He was extremely pleasant on the phone to deal with and explained all the things that needed to be done to my vehicle. They were extremely polite and service oriented when I came to pick up my car after the service and I didn't have to wait to long to get through paperwork.
