No stress, on-time & quick
This was my first time coming in for service. The service agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. My car was tuned up and returned to me faster than expected. The entire process from scheduling through service was painless and stress-free.

Outrageous Repair Prices!!!!!
Polite, courteous and professional. However, the cost of repairs is ridiculous. I understand that you are in business to make a profit but to bend over loyal VW owners is outrageous. I will be reluctant to ever take another one of my five VWs to West Broad for service. Looks like Browns VW for me!

Customer's vehicle was an older 1997 Jetta which has a battery that cracked and leaked acid over the engine compartment. Customer stated that he would be buying the parts from a "junkyard" which of course would indicate that "you get what you pay for". We use genuine VW parts that come with a guarantee. We do regularly do comparison shopping to stay competitively priced so that we may pass the savings on to our customers.

What you would hope for in dealer service
Maintenance was performed as directed, charges were reasonable, work was completed ahead of schedule.
Only complaint would be that I was asked to "take care of us on the survey", which defeats the purpose. Otherwise it's a good place with good people.
