They made a bad situaton OK
I was disappointed after taking my car to them for almost a year and was misdiagnosed with other issues instead of my needing a transmission. The Service Manager was extremely nice, and professional. He turned a bad situation around and I would go back to him/them again.

While this customer has been coming to the delership since June 2011, the issue with the transmission did not occur until October of this year while it did take two visits to properly diagnose and resolve her transmisson issue as stated in her remarks, we did take the necessary action to make sure that the customer was satisfied and all issues were resolved.

Grate cars bad service
Love VW and Audi but when you buy a new car and its damaged when you get and then it gets damaged when its being fixed need I say more I expected more for VW Audi

While the vehicle was here for an installation of a new headliner, there was a scratch/ chip in the customer's paint. Immediate arrangements and alternate transportaion was provided to bring the vehicle back to the factory condition. Before the customer removed the vehicle from the lot, he reviewed it with the Service Manager. The customer advised that he was very pleased with the work that was performed. While it is our goal to never be in a situation where there is damage of any kind to any vehicle that is here with us but, whenever mishaps occur we try to exhaust every effort to make sure that the proper steps are taken for immediate correction.

Honesty and Integrity
I picked up my SUV for a replacement part that was broken during a repair. I could have been told that the whole assembly was needed and I would have probably questioned it but accepted it. The fact that it was accidently broken during the course of repairs and replaced at no cost is impressive and says much about the business philosophy and caliber of employees! I will be a loyal customer!

The wonderful staff at the VW service center are constantly exceeding expectations. They come on and give me updates, are up front about everything and honest about what's necessary and what's a nice to have. I never feel like im being upsold here which I appreciate.
