unfriendly service, lack of understading customer needs and culture diversities
There was no courtesy call when oil change service was finished. I dropped it at 11:30am and I had to call back to check if it was done around 4PM. I feel like if I don't agree to fix everything Audi personnel suggest he's not smiling when talking to me. There was no explanation over items on the billing and what had been done on the today-service and I had to ask. There was no saying of "thank you" for coming in from a world-class service like Audi. When a tire was needed to replace, he only recommended one option (use original manufacturer's brand and it has to be ordered). It showed lack of understanding customer's need and knowledge of current availability of other equivalent brands. Please don't give an attitude or look-down on customers coming from different races and background. People who drive Audi cars don't have to spend money on unnecessary fixes especially when the car is a year old. Don't treat customers like they don't know anything about cars, technology, common sense, balance of quality and value, and time.

Reviewed with service manager and advisor. Customer's vehicle is a 2012 with very low miles. In the best interest of the customer it is important to match the replacement tire to those that are already on the vehicle. Apparently, the vehicle had been driven for a few days on a flat, and it was necessary to replace the tire. The flat was actually brought to the attention of he customer by the service advisor. The customer inquired and was given three other options and declined the repairs on the vehicle.

Audi Service is Excellent
Jay and Brad were very courteous and listened to our requests. Everything was explained fully to us and we were updated on the time remaining for service while we waited for our Q5.

I love the service at WBVW. But more than that i love the people. this is my second purchase there and I plan to purchase again. The sales crew is awsome but i've gotten to know the people during my visits for check up. They are good people and I'm blessed to have them.

Easy to get an appointment, always do reliable work, on time.
This is my 5th car from WBVA and I have always been impressed with their service departments. People are always courteous, knowledgable, and they always spend the extra time to explain what absolutely needs to be done, what needs to be done soon, and what you can put off for another time. Being a part of the decision and being knowledgable enough to make a decision really makes a difference.

great service and nice staff
have had my car twice to the dealership, first time for issues with brakes being soft and drivers seat feeling hot as if the heater is on. My a6 2012 is 5 months old. Second time back for the 5 k service. Both times service excellent and prompt. Both times my interior was left with stains and slightly dirty where i had to detail the car when i arrived home. They were unable to help me with my brakes and seat issue so i may seek another dealership for a second opinion.

Advisor followed up with the customer regarding the open issues, per customer all is good right now. He may take him up on the offer to have his vehicle re-cleaned when he is back in fo service.
