Jeanette, Frist and foremost thank you for your confidence in us when it came to servicing your daughters 2011 Kia Sorento, your Satisfaction and your daughter’s satisfaction is of the Highest Importance to all of us here at the West Automotive Group. You are correct that we performed a large amount of service and repairs on your daughter’s vehicle on the first visit. Then the vehicle returned for a concern that was not related to any of the service or repairs we had previously performed. Unfortunately, the second repair on the vehicle was blower motor that had failed for the heating and air system inside the vehicle, the blower motor was replaced but did fail after we replaced it and the vehicle needed to return for a warranty repair that was no charge to you. Please accept our deepest apologies, we work extremely hard to prevent these kinds of failures, but unfortunately parts do fail, that is exactly why we give a 2 Year or 24,.000 Warranty nation wide for a complete Piece of Mind. Once again, I am truly sorry for the Inconvenience of needing to bring the vehicle back for a warranty repair. Please understand we do not like to inconvenience you or your family in this way.
