Didn't punch my oil change card and didn't do it later when I complained.

Your frustration was discussed after your no charge service visit last month. Unfortunately as you were informed we do not punch oil change cards like the Dodge store across town. We would be happy to service your vehicle with higher quality filters and oil than local quick lube facilities if you would like. Please contact me directly if further assistance is needed.
